The spaceThis space is small, but cozy. It is well-stocked with many home-like conveniences. We strive to meet the needs of a budget conscious traveler. We ourselves love to travel and know that having a clean, comfortable place to come home to in the evening is important. At the same time, we feel it is important to offer an affordable night's stay. We have welcomed many interns for long term stays in addition to those just in town for the weekend.
Guest accessThis unit is in the middle of the other two units. It features a private bath, a fully stocked kitchenette and a living space as well as sleeping area.
Additional notesStreet parking is readily available. Also, ask us for information about opening our two studios to create one much larger space with two full bathrooms.
At certain times of the year we have special event pricing and a multi-night minimum. Ask us for more information.

Neighborhood overviewThis neighborhood has come back to life in the recent years! It is in transition. Many neighboring homes have been fully renovated. At the same time, there are still houses waiting to be loved. We feel safe walking in this neighborhood in the evenings and do so often. The neighborhood is quiet during the day and alive at night. If you are looking for a spot to get out and enjoy the nightlife, you will love this location! You are also just 2 miles from the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The stadiums, convention center and many other destinations are just minutes away.
Getting aroundMany of the areas hottest spots are within walking distance of this unit. However, Uber is a great option for getting around town. There is also a bus line close for those who are here for longer stays and are looking for public transit options. Indianapolis has scooters and a shared bike system as well. The Red Line bus connecting Fountain Square to Broadripple is scheduled to open in the summer of 2019!
