Neighborhood overviewOur neighborhood is very diverse. Many homes are probably owned by long-term homeowners while others eagerly await revitalization. It is not uncommon to greet neighbors on the street who are out for afternoon play or walking to and from the local convenience store. We even have an ice cream truck that cruises through the neighborhood several times a day in the summer!
Getting aroundWe are a little over a mile south of the stadium and convention center. It is a very doable walk in fair weather. We also have many guests who use Uber and report rates at lows as $5 for trips downtown.
